There is more to Chinese Medicine than just needles and herbs; dietary recommendations, body work and exercise are integral parts of the whole picture. As you are not just your symptom or injury, but a whole person, Chinese Medicine is a whole medical system, each piece supporting the other – designed to address you, as a whole person.
Acupuncture has many benefits and few side-effects. It will help to re-establish the balance that our bodies and minds are naturally inclined to. Combined with your own commitment to your health and well-being, you will help re-create the balance that you were meant to have.
Each person experiences illness and disease in their own way. I will work with patients to discover the cause and treat the symptoms using Chinese Medicine techniques, fitting the treatment to their particular set of symptoms.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is not a last resort treatment and can be a complementary course of treatment along with western medicine in any condition. I welcome and encourage collaborative treatment.
